Our vendor spots for the 2018 Season are now full. Thank you for your interest.
 
 
As always there is NO vendor fee to sell at our market. We are always interested in bringing new and interesting vendors to the Bethlehem Farmers’ Market:
 
If you:
 
1. Create/produce/grow local goods and/or foods
 
2. Are local - Greater Lehigh Valley
 
3. Like to meet new people
 
4. Can attend the 2018 Market Season on Thursdays, 11am - 3pm, May 3 – October 25

If accepted as a vendor, you will also need to obtain/show:
 
For Lehigh University...
  • A Certificate of Insurance to Lehigh University evidencing the coverage described in the Participation Agreement. Please mail, scan and e-mail, or fax to the contact info below.

​For the City of Bethlehem...

  • Health Permit Application from the City of Bethlehem (Vendors are responsible for applying for and obtaining their own health certificates)
  • A City of Bethlehem Business Privilege/Mercantile Tax License (Vendors are responsible for applying for and obtaining their own Business Privilege/Mercantile Tax License)
  • A permit from the City of Bethlehem Fire Department - Required for any open burn, heating or keeping food warm (Vendors are responsible for applying for and obtaining their own permit from the Fire Department)
