TEMPORARY SPACE REQUEST FORM

PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A TEMPORARY SPACE REQUEST FORM

  1. Click the SERVICE AND PROJECT REQUESTS link in our left menu to determine whether you have a service request (aka work order) or a space or project request.  Our Service and FAQs links also have information to make the proper determination.
  2. If your request fits the Temporary Space Request category, click this linkTEMPORARY SPACE REQUEST FORM to download the form.
  3. Print and complete the form.
  4. Present the form to your Department Chair/Director and Dean or Vice President for approval and signature.
  5. Return form to us at inspaces@lehigh.edu or send via Campus Mail to Logistics Coordinator, FSCPP, 461 Webster St., Bldg A.
  6. Contact FSCPP at 610-758-5310 with any questions.
