The Saucon Village Community Room is available at no charge and can be reserved by Lehigh students that live in Saucon Village. The Community Room is located in Bldg. 8, apartment 121. There is a sitting room, dining room with a kitchenette, television, and tables/chairs. The room may be used any day. All events must end by 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday. Events on Friday and Saturday must end by 12am-midnight.
Due to current cleaning procedures, we are only permitted to schedule one event per day and a single event over the weekend. Students should request their events in advance to ensure they secure the date/time needed.

Reservations are done online as a first come, first serve basis. Residents should look at the calendar below to check availability before submitting a request. Requests are not guaranteed until the Office of Housing Services (email@example.com) confirms the event via email. Access to the Community Room will be placed on the student's Lehigh ID card.
