You are not required to submit an Early Arrival Form. Check-in will be on Monday, August 21st, from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Iacocca Hall, on the Mountaintop Campus. Your room key and ID will be issued to you at that time so that you can put your belongings in your residence hall room.

Participant in a University Sports Pre-Season Camp
Coaches of the sports listed below have made arrangements for early entry into the residence halls for some of their team members. Each coach will be submitting a list of his/her team members. If you have not received early arrival information from your coach by the beginning of August, you must contact your coach directly to verify that you are included on the early arrival list.
The following teams will move from pre-season camp to their residence hall room on the following dates as noted:
Volleyball - Tuesday, August 15
Women's Soccer - Tuesday, August 15
Football, Athletic Trainers, Videographers - Thursday, August 17 and Friday, August 18
Field Hockey - Friday, August 18
Men's Soccer - Friday, August 18
You will pick up your academic key in McClintic-Marshall at the time determined by the coaches. All moves to residence hall rooms must be completed by 11:00 am on your date.
Men’s and Women’s Cross Country - Thursday, August 17th, check in between 8:30 AM-4:00 PM, move into academic year room. Residence Hall and Greek students will check-in and get your academic key at Rathbone Dining Hall side room.

All houses/residence halls are required to have a minimum occupancy in order to open. Applications will begin being reviewed the week of July 31st and students will be notified on whether or not their house/residence hall will be open on the day they are requesting early arrival.
Participant in a University Program or Organization
A number of groups have received approval for their members to arrive on campus earlier than the scheduled arrival dates. The sponsor/coordinator of each group has been told to provide us with a list of participants so we can verify and approve requests for early arrival. It is your responsibility to contact the sponsor/coordinator of your group to make sure you are included on the list that is being submitted so you can plan your travel arrangements accordingly.
All houses/residence halls are required to have a minimum occupancy in order to open. Applications will begin being reviewed the week of July 31st and students will be notified on whether or not their house/residence hall will be open on the day they are requesting early arrival.

If you have extenuating circumstances and need to move into your residential assignment early, you must submit an Early Arrival Request Form. Log in using your Lehigh username and password. Select Applications: Early Arrival Request Form (Fall 2023)
Upon receipt of the form, the Office of Housing Services will review your request and notify you by e-mail. If your request is approved, you will be informed of the check-in location, date and time for your early arrival. If your request is approved, you may be charged $25 per night until your scheduled arrival date.
Requests made after August 1st may incur an additional one time $25 processing fee.
If you arrive without prior approval, you may be fined $25, charged an additional $25 processing fee, and charged $25 per night until your scheduled arrival date.
