Students are required to pay their electric bill in addition to their rent. The electric in your apartment provides power to turn on your lights, heat hot water, cook in your kitchen, and heat/cool your apartment. Service is set up at your lease signing and provided by PPL (Pennsylvania Power and Light) Electric.
