In 2020, Bethlehem City Council approved the revision to Article 1327 of the Zoning Ordinance relating to the Student Housing Zoning District. Students interested in living off campus should be sure to understand this zoning ordinance as it pertains to the number of students who may rent a designated off campus property.
The Office of Housing Services has a partnership with Places4Students to service the off-campus community. The Office of Housing Services does not make recommendations to students but encourages them to use the following resources to find a house, provide landlord feedback or search for roommates.
