Thank you for your patience regarding the in-person move out process. We are happy to share that sign-ups for that process are now available.
The sign up process is now open on a first-come-first served basis. Time blocks for move-out are 3 hour blocks running from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. between June 5 and June 21. You will sign up for your timeblock in your Housing and Dining Self-Service. Please see Check Out on the main page under your housing Assignment. Sign-ups must be completed by June 10. You must sign up no later than 2 business days prior to your selected timeblock to allow for your access to the building to be activated.
If you are having a proxy pick up your belongings you must select a timeblock for that person and fill out the Proxy Form. This form gives consent for your proxy to enter your room. It will also provide us with the information that we need to give access and keys to your proxy. Again, you must sign up no later than 2 business days prior to your selected timeblock to allow for your access to the building to be activated.
You will receive a confirmation to your lehigh email address of your move-out appointment within 24 hours of making the appointment.
If you are missing your access card and/or keys, you must fill out this Request Form 2 business days prior.
If your roommate also has belongings in the room, we ask that you do not sign up for the same time block as your roommate. This will ensure proper social distancing.
