PROJECT REQUEST FORM

PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A PROJECT REQUEST FORM
 

  1. Please read about the Project Request Process by clicking on the left menu link on our website.
  2. Click the SERVICE AND PROJECT REQUESTS link in our left menu to determine whether you have a service request (aka work order) or a space or project request.  Our Service and FAQs links also have information to make the proper determination.
  3. Click this link PROJECT REQUEST FORM to download the form.
  4. Print and complete the form.
  5. Have your Department Chair/Director and Dean or Vice President approve and sign the form.
  6. Return form to us at inspaces@lehigh.edu or send via Campus Mail to Logistics Coordinator, FSCPP, 461 Webster St, Bldg. 3A.
  7. Contact FSCPP at 610-758-5310 with any questions.
  8. We will contact you in a timely manner to discuss the best way to proceed.
