Saucon Village

You are here

Saucon Village provides graduate housing in the form of spacious, unfurnished apartments. Included in the apartment at arrival are a stove, refrigerator, and rods for curtains and shower curtains. Electricity is set up at the lease signing, and all other utilities (sewage, water, trash, internet, landline phone, maintenance, a shuttle to campus and cable) are included in the price of rent. Saucon Village is the graduate housing option for any graduate student—including students who wish to room with their spouse, partner or children.

Saucon Village is made up of five buildings, with 130 apartments in total. These apartments come in efficiency, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom varieties. The village is located about three miles from Asa Packer Campus, and allows for a tranquil alternative to the bustle of South Bethlehem. Bus transportation is provided at no additional cost.

"I would highly recommend Saucon Village. Saucon Village rent is affordable; facilities solve issues in a timely manner, it has a community room, nice trails behind the apartment, and the apartment is unfurnished, giving you the opportunity to decorate."

Apartment Information

The location of Saucon Village provides a more secluded environment than the alternative housing option on Asa Packer Campus, but Saucon has its own sense of community. All utilities are included in the price of rent except electricity. Residents will pay their electric bill directly to PPL. Rent is billed monthly directly to a student's Bursar account. Graduate Housing rates can be found here.
