Residents are responsible for any damages caused to their apartment or common areas including but not limited to health or fire hazards, or affecting the quality of housing. Residents will be billed for any damage that requires repair or replacement. This included abuse or accidental damage, any form of vandalism, or theft/loss of university property. At times the cost of this damage may exceed your security deposit.
