Fall Semester-You will not be held to housing charges for the fall semester. You are obligated to live in housing during the Spring semester. Housing is based upon vacancies within the Residence Hall system. The space selected/received during housing selection will not be held while the student is away from campus.
Spring Semester-You are obligated to live in housing during the Fall semester. You will not be held to housing charges for the Spring semester.
Academic Year-You will not be held to housing charges for the full academic year. You will be eligible to participate in the Lottery for rising third, fourth, and fifth year students for the following academic year on an absentee basis.
