In order to generate a work order, you can submit a request online. It is important to keep on top of the maintenance needs of your house. The following are the steps to take in order to generate a work order.
Follow these steps to complete a Work Order on-line:
Click on on-line form
The fields of this form are “Requestor Name”, “Department” (house), “Phone Number”, “Account #” (not needed), “Work Order Needed For: Building…Area/Room Number”, and “Specified Description of Work Needed”.
You will need to fill in the information in each field in order for the form to be processed.
To move forward from one field to another, you should use the TAB key. If you have made a mistake, you should use the arrow keys to return to the field.
After you have completed all of the fields, press the “Send Form” to process the work order.
After submitting this form, you will receive an email with a work order. Retain this email and/or the work order number for your records.
