Spring Housing Notification

The Housing Contract that you signed is a binding agreement to reside in and be financially responsible for university housing charges for the full academic year (Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters) unless you are not enrolled during either semester. All students are required to complete the Spring Housing Notification Form located on the Housing and Dining Self Service under Applications no later than Friday, November 12, 2021.

 

Your spring housing notification options are:

  1. Return to Housing: Even if you want to change rooms, if you are planning to live on campus in either a Greek House or a Residence Hall, this is the option you select. Room Change information will be sent out in a separate email.
  2. Commute: Only available for those who meet the requirements of eligibility to commute and complete a Petition for Exemption.
  3. Graduate: You must be on the Graduation list from Registration & Academic Services.
  4. Leave of Absence: You must also fill out paperwork with Academic Life & Student Transitions.
  5. Study Abroad: You must be on the Study Abroad list from the Study Abroad Office.
  6. Transfer/Withdraw/Non return: You must also fill out paperwork with Academic Life & Student Transitions.
