Packer House, located at 217 West Packer Avenue, is a co-ed building that offers single bedrooms with a shared bathroom (by gender). Each room comes furnished with a twin bed, wardrobe, blinds, dresser, desk and chair. Electricity and all utilities are included in the price of rent.
