The Housing and Meal Plan Contract is binding for the full academic year consisting of Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters. If the student is enrolled at Lehigh as a student, they will be held to the contract. The contract becomes effective when housing is selected or when the university places the students into housing after a contract is signed. In theme communities, because group placement is finalized based on the number of housing contracts signed, the contract becomes binding when it is signed. Students will not be financially released from this contract.
Students on approved co-op or study abroad are not charged while participating in the program but are financially bound to the contract for the semester they attend Lehigh.
Any student who takes time away from Lehigh for any reason will not be charged while not enrolled but are financially bound to the contract for any timeframe they attend Lehigh.
