Saucon Village Residents:

Saucon Village parking permits will be available for sale on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.  To obtain your parking permit, please visit Parking Services at 622 Brodhead Avenue with your lease agreement from Residential Services, your vehicle registration and payment (cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and GoldPlus accepted).

Changes to parking permits, fees and assigned locations are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2019.  Therefore, all permits will expire on December 31, 2018.  Detailed information regarding the changes will be shared with the Lehigh community in the fall.

Construction on the Asa Packer campus is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2019.  As a result, parking will be impacted and need to be adjusted to accommodate the projects.  For additional information regarding the projects please refer to: https://www1.lehigh.edu/path-prominence

Listed below are your permit options:

OPTION #1:

$188.50 for the fall semester

  • Valid in Saucon Village & the student commuter parking lot on the Mountaintop campus.
  • If you are a RGT (research, graduate and teaching assistant), you will be given unlimited access to levels 2-4 of the Zoellner garage valid until December 31, 2018 at no additional charge.

OPTION #2:

$215 for the fall semester

  • Valid in Saucon Village, the student commuter parking lot on the Mountaintop campus and unlimited access to level 2-4 in the Zoellner garage for non-RGT's valid until December 31, 2018.

A free permit will be issued to you for your spouse's vehicle provided you purchase one of the permits listed above.  The free permit is valid in the "free parking lot" at Saucon Village only.

If you are an RGT on the Asa Packer Campus, please make sure the Dean's office of your college sends us written confirmation of your assignment.  Confirmations may be sent to: inpark@lehigh.edu

If you are NOT an RGT, and only wish to purchase permit option #1, please consider using the bus service to get to/from the Asa Packer Campus.  Remember, you can park in unreserved faculty/staff spaces Monday through Friday after 4:00pm until 6:00am, and on weekends with the permit.  If you need to drive to the Asa Packer Campus, you may park at and pay a meter or park in level 1 of the Zoellner garage at $1/hour.  Meters and level 1 of the Zoellner garage can be paid for using the Passport Mobile App.

Non-Lehigh student roommates must bring a copy of their roommate agreement to purchase a permit valid for the Saucon Village parking lot only.  The fee is $367/academic year or $188.50/semester.

Visitors must display a parking permit if parking at Saucon Village for more than one (1) day.  Residents may obtain a visitor permit at $5/day.  If you expect the visitor to come multiple times throughout the year, you may obtain a permit valid for the "free parking lot" only for the academic year.  The fee is $86 and you must bring the vehicle registration.

Packer House and 230 West Packer Avenue Residents:

Packer House and 230 West Packer Avenue residents are eligible to purchase an annual permit at $420 or a semester permit at $215.

Packer House and 230 West Packer Avenue residents are not eligible for an RGT permit.

To obtain a permit, please visit Parking Services with the following:

  1. Lease Agreement
  2. Vehicle Registration
  3. Payment - cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.
