Contracts are legally binding documents. It is imperative that all contracts (regardless of name: contracts, agreement, memoranda of understanding, proposals, terms and conditions, etc.) are reviewed by the appropriate university offices to ensure that Lehigh’s interests are adequately addressed and protected.

Please submit your contract for review through LUCA (Lehigh University Contracts Administration) to streamline the review and approval process. The contract review process typically takes 2 – 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the contract. Please be sure to allow sufficient time for the review process.
