Alexis Kelly (alexis.kelly@ricoh-usa.com). You new device will be added to Lehigh’s Master Lease Account, with an expiration date that matches the expiration date of devices already on the Master Lease (September 2030). Device functionality can be customized to best fit your department’s needs.
- During your lease term, the department is responsible for the monthly rental fee in addition to any overage charges for additional copies. These are considered active leases.
- Purchasing will manage your lease expenses on a Unimarket Blanket Order created for each department.
- Monthly invoices are accepted on your behalf by a Purchasing administrator, and you will be prompted via DocuSign to approve any overage charges.
