Electronic W-2
By consenting to receive your W-2 electronically, you agree to receive an electronic W-2 in lieu of the paper W-2 format. Your W-2 will be provided to you through a secure method using Banner Self Service. An announcement will be posted on 'University Announcements' when your W-2 is ready for you to download. Please note that this consent remains in effect for the current year and all future years until you withdraw your consent. Your printable electronic W-2 meets IRS specifications for a substitute form and is valid for submission with your income tax returns. You may revoke your electronic W-2 consent at any time by contacting the payroll office at payroll@lehigh.edu. Revoking your consent will not affect previous years.
A paper copy of your W-2 will be mailed to your home address if you do not consent to electronic delivery. It is the responsibility of the employee to inform the Payroll Office of any name and/or address changes.
2025 W-2s are now available in Banner Self Service. If you did not consent to electronic delivery, a paper W-2 has been mailed to your home address.
