It is the student's responsibility for printing a copy of their tuition bill and delivering it to the responsible party if their authorized user does not have access to the internet or email.

Lehigh University is using ebilling to improve convenience and service, to reduce cost, and to provide quick access to billing information. Ebilling offers the following benefits:

-The flexibility of viewing your bill electronically from any location via the internet.
-The option of granting authorized users, such as a parent, guardian, or sponsor, to view and pay the bill.
-The ability to receive your tuition bills faster with email notification.
-The option of viewing your current balance/activity as well as an online invoice history.
-The ability to access and print a pdf of the paper bill for any term or month.
-The ability to access your 1098T electronically.

You can view or print your current bill at any time form the Student Account Suite and distribute the printed copy as you wish. You can also view prior bills at any time.

Make sure the email address is correct in the Student Account Suite, https://secure.touchnet.net/C20958_tsa/web/index.jsp. Each student is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date email address for any user that is authorized. Authorized users can change their email address, but not their username.

No. Bills are generated once a month on or about the 10th of each month. With the Student Account Suite, https://secure.touchnet.net/C20958_tsa/web/index.jsp, students and authorized users will be able to access the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Some aid can only be disbursed a certain number of days before the beginning of each semester. In addition, aid cannot be disbursed until all documentation is received and verification is complete. Please note: A work-study award will never appear as pending aid since students are paid directly for any hours they work.

You are expected to monitor your student account for new statements regardless of whether an email is received. Payment in full is expected by the due date to avoid late charges. Each student is responsible for ensuring your email mailboxes are not over quota and that spam filters are not excluding emails from inburs@lehigh.edu.

Log on to the Student Account Suite (https://secure.touchnet.net/C20958_tsa/web/index.jsp), click on My Account, Click on Authorized Users. Add your parent/guardian's email address and select Yes for the 3 options. Note: You can add as many authorized users as you would like.

This authorization will allow members of our office to have free and open conversations on the phone, through email, or in person with those individuals authorized by you. Without this authorization, even for parents who may likely be the primary payers on the your account, federal law prohibits us from discussing any matters related to your account. We encourage you to make this a priority as soon as you are admitted to the University.

Your Authorized User will receive email notifications when a bill is available to view. They can even create and save a financial profile to make future payments that much simpler. At any time you and your authorized user(s) will have the ability to view charges and payments on your account.
