Graduate Student Forms
The Bursar Payment Worksheet and Graduate Employeer Deferment are DocuSign forms, which allow you to complete and sign your documents electronically, with no need to mail, fax or scan. You will receive an email confirmation when the document is complete and all signatures have been obtained. If you do not receive your DocuSign notification via email, please contact our office so we can verify the email address and make any necessary correction to the document routing.
DocuSign forms for Graduate students must be completed by the student. Be sure to use your Lehigh email address when completing the DocuSign routing information.

Plan enrollment can be completed in the eBill Suite after the semester billing statements are generated. Be sure to complete your enrollment prior to the semester due date. |
