Bursar FileSender

The Lehigh Bursar FileSender is a secure location to submit information electronically to the Office of the Bursar. A drop off summary will be provided to you once the documents have been submitted. All forms below should be mailed, faxed or submitted through the dropbox.



Bursar Payment Worksheet (Graduate):
Must be completed and submitted to the Bursar's Office by Lehigh Graduate Students who are applying for student loans, and/or will be receiving outside financial assistance. You may be asked to submit additional information with this form.

Graduate Department Tuition Award Form:
For Lehigh Graduate Students who are having their tuition and/or tech fee paid by a university department award, such as TA, GA, RA, or a Research Account.

Graduate Employer Deferment Form:
For Lehigh Graduate Students who are having their tuition being paid by their employer. Please note, you must get an employer certification and pay the application fee when you submit this form.

2020-2021 Employer Deferment Form
(PDF format - Use for Summer 2020, Fall 2020, and Spring 2021)

Graduate Student Payment Plan:
For Lehigh Graduate Students who would like to split their semester charges into three installments. The first installment of 40% must be submitted with the application in order to be considered. No previous semester charges or non-registration charges (e.g. phone, parking tickets, photocopy charges) may be included in your calculations.
