Graduate Student Forms 

The Bursar Payment Worksheet and Graduate Employeer Deferment are DocuSign forms, which allow you to complete and sign your documents electronically, with no need to mail, fax or scan.  You will receive an email confirmation when the document is complete and all signatures have been obtained.  If you do not receive your DocuSign notification via email, please contact our office so we can verify the email address and make any necessary correction to the document routing.

DocuSign forms for Graduate students must be completed by the student.  Be sure to use your Lehigh email address when completing the DocuSign routing information.


Bursar Payment Worksheet (Graduate):
Must be completed and submitted to the Bursar's Office by Lehigh Graduate Students who are applying for student loans, and/or will be receiving outside financial assistance and they are not already included on you Billing Statment. You may be asked to submit additional information with this form.  Note, when submitting this form, you must make pay the amount due calculated at the bottom of form.

Graduate Department Tuition Award Form:
For Lehigh Graduate Students who are having their tuition paid by a university department award, such as TA, GA, RA, or a Research Account.

Graduate Employer Deferment Form:
For Lehigh Graduate Students who are having their tuition being paid by their employer. Please note, you must get an employer certification and pay the application fee when you submit this form.

Graduate Student Payment Plan:
This optional plan is for Lehigh Graduate Students who would like to split their semester charges into three installments. The first payment of 40% (down payment) must be paid as part of the enrollment process. 

Plan enrollment can be completed in the eBill Suite after the semester billing statements are generated.

Be sure to complete your enrollment prior to the semester due date.
