The Bursar's office is converting our Forms to DocuSign, which allows you to complete and sign your documents electronically, with no need to mail, fax or scan.  You will receive an email confirmation when the document is complete and all signatures have been obtained.  If you do not receive your DocuSign notification via email, please contact our office so we can verify the email addresses and make any necessary corrections to the document routing.


Undergrad forms required signature of the parent/guardian/family member, AND also the signature of the student.  Be sure to use the students Lehigh email address when entering the names and email addresses for DocuSign routing.




Bursar Payment Worksheet:

Must be completed and submitted to the Bursar's Office by Lehigh Undergraduate Students who are applying for student loans, and/or will be receiving outside financial assistance. You may be asked to submit additional information with this form.

Undergraduate Educational Payment Plan:

This optional plan is for students who would like to pay their semester charges in four equal payments. The first payment of 25% must be submitted upon plan enrollment. 

Plan enrollment can be completed in the eBill Suite after the semester billing statements are generated.

Be sure to complete your enrollment prior to the semester due date.

For Lehigh Students who would like to open a GoldPLUS account, complete the application online and remit payment to the GoldPLUS office.
