Graduate Tuition Employer Deferment Information

If your graduate tuition at Lehigh University is reimbursed to you by your employer, you can request a deferment of the payment of your graduate tuition. You may defer payment of your tuition until the date specified by the Bursar's Office each semester (see Payment Due Dates below), or until the date of the reimbursement from your company, whichever is sooner. A new deferment form must be submitted and a deferment fee paid EACH semester you wish to defer your tuition.

To receive a deferment, select the appropriate DocuSign form below and complete all student information, as well as the Payment and Deferment Calculation. The deferment fee and any other charges on the student account must be paid in full by the application due date for that semester (see Application Due Dates below) in order for your deferment form to be processed.

When completing the PowerForm Signer Information, be sure to use your Lehigh email address.  If this is your first time completing a DocuSign form using PowerForms, please check out our brief tutorial video.

TYPE OF FORM DOCUSIGN LINK
1) DocuSign with PDF attachment.  You will attach a letter from your company indicating that the company has a Tuition Reimbursement Policy and specifically starting that you (letter includes your name) are eligible for the tuition reimbursement benefit for the requested semester.

24/25 Graduate Employer Deferment Form - with Attached letter (Available in May)

2) DocuSign to be routed to your company for approval.  Once you complete the student portion of the form, the person you designate will need to complete the Company Information section of the form.  Before starting the form, be sure you know the name and email address for the person within your company who can confirm your eligibility for tuition reimbursement.

Upon completing the form, please submit your payment (amount indicated on line 6 of the form) via the eBill Suite or other payment method

If registering for classes after the Application Due Date listed above, the application form and deferment fee are due upon registration.

Please carefully note Payment Due Dates.   Students not submitting payment by the stated due date  will be subject to late fees.
