Students who do not plan to attend Lehigh for Spring 2027 may request Fall Only coverage after the Annual coverage charge has been added to your account and before the deadline of September 4, 2026e. Fall Only coverage terminates at the end of December 31, 2026, and reduces the charge to $1,095.

You will be required to pay the insurance premium to Lehigh's Bursars Office prior to receiving access to the fall only insurance enrollment form. 

 

To request Fall Only coverage, please complete the Fall Only DocuSign using the link below.

  1. Please DO NOT submit your request until after you meet the eligibility requirements and the Annual Health Insurance charge has added to your account.
  2. This form must be completed by the Student.
  3. When starting the DocuSign process, be sure to use your Legal Name and your Lehigh email address.  
  4. Once the Bursar's Office has reviewed your request, the DocuSign status will be "Complete" and you will receive a DocuSign notification via email.
