How to make a payment?
Login to the eBill Suite
- Choose Convera-Wire Payment for domestic or international payments.
- Select the country from which you are paying, confirm the amount, and click "Get a quote"
- Next, you will be presented with payment options and currencies. Note that you may need select Show More Options to see all available payment options for your country.
- Complete the Student and Payor information and click the Submit Button
- At this point, Convera display the quote information and send you an email with this information.
- Within three business days, complete your payment online or in-person at your bank so that the funds can be transferred to Lehigh. Be sure to provide you bank with the Convera instructions, including the Reference Number.
Once funds have been received by Lehigh, the payment transaction will automatically be posted to your student account.
Note that you must initiate a new transaction in the eBill Suite each time you wish to make a payment. Do not re-use instructions from a previous payment.
Please note that the Convera-Wire Payment option is available for the "Amount Due", "Pay by Term", and "Pay by Line Item", as well as for payment plan "Down Payments" and "Installments."
Convera-Wire Payment is not available as a deposit option. For deposits, please use a Credit/Debit Card or Electronic Check (ACH).
